Maria Obraztsova

Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor (VAK)

Expert in the digital transformation of government and business, technology trends, the education system (including online education) and effective communication; expert in project-based work.

Education

Kemerovo State University — degree in “Philology. Teacher of Russian Language and Literature” (2007); Candidate of Sciences dissertation in language theory (2013); Master’s degree in “Management. Management in Higher Education”, HSE University (National Research University Higher School of Economics) (2021).

Publications and authored programmes

Author of more than 90 academic publications, including 4 monographs and 3 textbooks, as well as over 40 results of intellectual activity.
Author of continuing professional education programmes on digital transformation (CDO and CDTO) for civil servants and business.
Author of the master classes “The VUCA World and the Digital Economy”, “Communication Effectiveness and Public Speaking in the Digital World” and “Change Management”.

Public speaking

Regular speaker at events on the digital transformation of vocational education — over 200 talks in 7 countries, including MPEF, the Gaidar Forum, IT Dialogue, Vuzpromexpo, DIIR (CIPR), the Eastern Economic Forum, NTI Islands, Archipelago, the Russian Diagnostic Summit, Open Source Summit, MIEF (MMSO), Kazan Digital Week and others.

Serving expert of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, member of the Educational and Methodological Council under the Ministry, expert of the “Digital Breakthrough” competition.
